The Mitchell Report documents that Todd Hundley used anabolic steroids in 1996.

"Radomski stated in 1996, he sold deca-durabolin and testosterone to Hundley on three or four occasions. At the beginning of the year, Radomski told Hundley if he used steroids, he would hit 40 home runs. Hundley hit 41 home runs in 1996, having never hit more than 16 in any previous year. After the seasons Radomski said, Hundley took him out to dinner."

Also, Chris Donnels admitted to having conversations with Hundley in 2001 (with the Dodgers) about their own steroid use.

This was always believed IMO, but I guess now we know.
