According to
MetsBlog, the New York Mets have not heard yet from MLB about how long or whether or not Paul Lo Duca will be suspended for his on the field tirade last Saturday night.
If you didn't see it, check it out on
YouTube. After the home plate umpire called a strike on a particular pitch Lo Duca disagreed with, he stepped behind the plate to say something to the umpire. He then said something that pissed the umpire off who ejected him. Lo Duca went nuts after getting tossed, eventually returning to the Mets dugout and tossed his catching gear onto the field.
Lo Duca has since said he flipped out because he only said "Let's go" to get ejected.
