The Mets have called up SP Jorge Sosa to start tonight against the Diamondbacks. They demoted Chan Ho Park back to Triple-A New Orleans. Sosa has been about as good as you can be in the minors this year.

The Mets will look to remain undefeated in Arizona with a win tonight.

Editt.....Not Park, but RP Ambiorix Burgos was sent down to the minors to make room for Sosa on the 25-man.

How do you think Sosa will finish the season?

He struggled last year some, but was very good coming out of the pen for the Braves a few years ago. I had him on my fantasy teams. He had a low ERA and WHIP. He also got a lot of wins for a reliever.

But how do you think that he was fare out as a starter?

I thought he would be a good starter eventually. He worked long relief and was a starter, I think, with Tampa, and had some up and down times as a young pitcher does. He should pitch well in N|Y with the offense they have. It will hide a few mistakes he will make.
