Pointed out by Metsblog, over the last month the New York Mets have hit .246 against lefty pitchers while hitting .278 against right-handers.

I'm hoping this is just a coincidence and nothing worth worrying about as we inch closer to the post-season. If the Padres, Dodgers or Cardinals have a group of lefty starters they can throw against the Mets (which I don't think any do), then it may be something to look out for.
