The Knicks Don't Always Try

We had Kevin Garnett wonder what made them quit, but now, there's a Knick on record questioning the team's effort. After yesterday's loss to the Sixers--that makes two in a row--Jamal Crawford decided not to mince words. From the New York Post:
"A lot of it is just effort," Crawford said. "When you compete you always give yourself a chance to win. Some nights we compete harder than others. We got to get better than that. It's something we shouldn't be talking about."

Re: The Knicks Don't Always Try

They are fast becoming a total embarrassment to the entire league, not just NYC.

That ship has sailed...a long time ago.

And Nero (Dolan) continues to fiddle while Rome burns. What if anything can get Captain Laissez-Faire to clean house?

Cool Re: The Knicks Don't Always Try

Now that the sexual harrassment suit was put to bed, even someone as inept as Dolan will pull the plug by the end of the year.

The best is Thomas blaming the fans' booing for the teams' poor play. Classic! Then after he was swept by Philly in a home and home, he justified it by saying everyone in the East is below .500. You cannot make stuff like that up.

Wow... I almost hope they keep him around to see how much more pathetic these excuses can get!

Isiah is an awful awful coach, and seems to not even be a better person. It was a joke he fired Brown and thought he could do a better job. The Knicks will not get any better as long as he is involved with the team.
