| Re: Knicks Opener in Memphis In amazing fashion, the Knicks win by a single point after three overtimes. By the end of the game, Marbury, Francis and Curry all fouled out. Quentin Richardson played nearly an hours worth of game-time minutes and had over 30 points. |

| Re: Knicks Opener in Memphis What a game! According to the New York Daily News, "Despite a near-epic collapse against the depleted Memphis Grizzlies, the Knicks needed 63 minutes to finally get Thomas a victory in his coaching debut. In fact, their 118-117 triple-overtime win gave Thomas something the Knicks never achieved under Brown - a winning record." And it gives them something to build on. Maybe this season won't be so bad for the Knicks after all. Maybe?

| Re: Knicks Opener in Memphis It just seemed like they were out there trying harder then they ever did under Brown. It's pretty pathetic that these guys who get paid millions don't play hard every day but I guess it's the nature of the beast. This was the first time in five years that the Knicks won the season opening game. Tha't just hilarious. |

| Re: Knicks Opener in Memphis Great Game. It looks as if I'm a little late to comment though. Oh well... The Knicks have an easy match-up against the Hawks, but it is often decieving for the Knicks organization. They will have to work their rear-ends off tonight to get the win. In basketball, there is no easy match-up as any team could loose to any team. |
