The clock is ticking for Brett Favre. The Jets are waiting for an answer. Will he deliver in time? The Jets asked Favre to tell them if plans on returning to the team by Feb. 18. So news could come at some point in the next week. "We're putting together our offseason plan," GM Mike Tannenbaum told the New York Daily News. "We hope to have initial feedback from Brett by the combine." But Favre, as he showed last year, might not be able to make his mind up that quickly.
