On Sirius NFL radio Chris Baker talks about his current contract dispute with the Jets.
"They said go out and have a good year and we will talk," said Baker. " I did my part and they haven't done their part."
The Jets appear to throw vague promises around that are open to issues of interpretation.
Pete Kendall, Laveranues Coles and now Chris Baker claim the team has broken their promise.

I really hate when teams do this. If it was just one player, you'd wonder. But now there are three of them. Never going to get to the playoffs with a bunch of unhappy players who just dont trust management.

Another one!!The contract he signed isn't up yet. Stop whining and play for what you thought was a good deal when you signed it.

They also told him to go out and have a good year and they would talk. He had 41 catches for 409 yrds with 3 TDs. Those aren't numbers that need to renegotiate a signed contract anyway. He is just upset because he is losing his job more than likely. They signed Franks and drafted a TE. He will be the odd man out.
