Oh yeah, dont see any reason why not. If Zach Thomas and all his health problems can do it, Vilma should.

Vilma is as good as gone...sadly. He's a great player but he just doesn't fit the system.

Every new coach nowadays thinks he's Bill Walsh in terms of genius and that the system they used on other teams must be the one to go with on opening day no matter who is on your roster. Can any defense in the NFL be worse for the 3-4 than the New York Jets? It could take 4-5 years for them to have the proper players for that system!
