A NY Jets fan is suing the New England Patriots organization and head coach Bill Belichick for $184 million. Of course, this has to do with the videotaping stuff.

The fan believes, he, as a customer, was deceived by the Pats.

Shoot the Freakin fan...$!84 mil...come on people this is what American has become?...frivolous law suits clugging up the courts...sucking the taz payer...man, I need to give up Engineering and take up law...

"Your honor, the Patriots and Belichick have ruined my client's life...he no longer can bare to go to work, he is even doubting Santa now...what's that?...well, yeah, I mean he does live with his mother at 43 and he doesn't have a job per say...and well, yes, the ticket was given to him...but surely he is entitled to $184 million right?....yes we can settle for $50,000 and season tickets for four...done deal"

I thought this was kind of funny when I heard it.
Of course there is nothing funny about the many frivolous lawsuits that clog our justice system. But this is such a ridiculous amount I am hoping that the fan is just trying to make some sort of point. But then again....

I have won many a small claims court case for my old company...I use to average 32 cents on the dollar in settlements...(while a good lawyer averages about 45 for these type of suites)...my company once gave me a bonus for doing it well... ...I would make a great blood sucking lawyer...oh -and I like to argue...yeah...forgot about that.
