The
most notable standout from the Jets OTA's to this point has been first round draft pick Darrelle Revis. Revis looks exactly as advertised when he was the team's first round selection in April. He is fast, has good hands and has picked up things very quickly, according to head coach Eric Mangini.
"I like the way he's been physical at the line of scrimmage. A lot of the same characteristics we saw in college we're seeing here," Mangini said yesterday.
He is already working with the first team as a nickel back, but it certainly will not be long before he grabs the starting role away from David Barrett, Hank Poteat, Justin Miller or whoever else lines up at that position during camp.
