Various resources have reported this morning the Jets have agreed to a deal with veteran quarterback Marques Tuiasosopo to a one year deal for the veteran minimum. He's expected to compete with Kellen Clemons for the back-up spot behind Chad Pennington.

Competition is good but who actually thinks Tui is a QB you want as a back-up? If anything, maybe third on the depth chart. But I can see the coaches mindset in wanting Clemons to have a competition to improve his game.

I would say go Marques Tuiasosopo, but I am out of Marques cards to sell on e-Bay and I still have tons of Clemons cards...so for totally selfish reasons...go Clemens...
