Now that the patriots have sighned Donte Stallworth that fills their gap at reciever and he is deep threat. I think this sighning and Adalius Thomas makes them almost as good as their Super Bowl teams. All the Jets have done is get Thomas Jones I know running back was a huge hole but they haven't sighned anyone else to fill their other needs for example right tackle. And the Patriots have filled almost all their holes. I think the Patriots Have improved much more than the Jets and i think the Jets this year are going to be another Wild Card team.

So what else do the Jets need to do, in your view, to keep pace with the Pats?

I know it's tough to sit right now and watch other teams dish out the big contracts to players in free-agency while your team decides to take a more cautious approach. Both the Jets and Giants decided to get RBs through trades and not much else...but look at the bright side. The Jets obviously don't see anyone they really want (or else they'd sign them already) and are saving their money. There are still some solid players out there and besides, Tennenbaum and co. showed last year they have a good eye for talent.

I wouldn't be worried if I were a Jet fan.

I'm a Jets fan and I don't see this as a major threat.

Don't forget that the Patriots recently lost a lot of talent at the WR positions with some major releases. They are just filling in the spots, and perhaps not even upgrading in some opinions.

The Jets have to focus on their team and not worry about the others.

However, I still feel that D'Brickashaw Ferguson was a bust.

Gotta give Ferguson a little more time Marc. Sometimes it takes some to learn NFL passrusher's moves. Donte Stallworth is nothing to be afraid of. He's a one dimensional deep ball threat, there are ways to defend him.
