Cool Isles win home opener

DiPietro hurt is groin in practice so he wasn't even in the building. Dunham played great again and my GTG left wing Jason Blake scored twice for a 4-1 win over the Bruins. I was at the game and in between the second and 3rd period, they had a contest between Bryan Trottier and Mike Bossy. The goal was covered except for a small slit at the bottom and they each took 15 shots...Trottier made 4 of 15...Bossy made 11 of 15....The Islanders should sign Bossy up. He's probably still better than half the team.

Bossy was always a sniper...and he was not much of a skater...so he would probably play about the same...play him every other game like they did with Neely in Boston when he got hurt...
