Arrington knee injury

The Giants excused LB Lavar Arrington from afternoon practice Monday after the linebacker reported that one of his knees were swelling. Coaches won't say whether or not its the same knee that the $49 million free agent linebacker has had two surgeries on over the past few years. Is this anything for Giants fans to be concerned about?

Re: Arrington knee injury

Well sure. Arrington has to prove he's healthy and can play. Hopefully he can be ready to play by September 10th.

His wallet was weighing him down. I like the guy...I think he is a piece of the puzzle in NY....hope he is only banged up when they play Big D...other then that, I wish him well.

Re: Arrington knee injury

Goth is right. Arrington is the piece of the puzzle for the Giants and if they are going to make noise against "The Schedule From Hell" they are going to need him 100% healthy and motivated. If he's not then id say they have PLENTY to be concerned about!
