Its that time of year again. Time of year when veteran NFL players get us guessing in a game of "Will he or Wont he?" The latest is Brett Favre's good friend, Michael Strahan.
Strahan says he knows which way he's leaning, but he wants to think about it first.
If he sounds confused, so does his teammates.
Amani Toomer says yes he will return to defend the Giants' title.
Antonio Pierce says no, he wont and will walk away a winner.
My question is, do you think he will play the game as long as his buddy Brett did?

I think he's done. As we all know, he almost walked away this year. Now he's got his ring and a clear future in TV. So why stick around?

Probably less confused. Toomer and Pierce were commenting about whether or not Strahan would walk away, not themselves.

Oh no apology necessary Bette. I obviously didn't read your post right. I knew Amani Toomer wasn't hanging it up already. Truth is i'm just so happy that Antonio Pierce isn't retiring that a load of worry is off my mind! Whew!! G-Men are a tad thin at linebacker!!!

I'm not sure Strahan can make a full season. Maybe he'll set out training camp and see how the Giants start then join them in mid-season.

Maybe they'll just put him in on passing downs like they did with Bruce Smith at the same point in his career. They have Justin Tuck and Osi Umenyiora so it's not like there a pressing need a defense end for Big Blue.
