What a difference a year makes when it comes to Michael Strahan's playing status with the New York Giants.
After last year's bitter summer in which Strahan didnt join the team until the season started, the Giants seem content to wait until Strahan decides whether or not he will return to the "blue".
Maybe its because most of the parts of the roster from its Super Bowl season are returning, or maybe its because they know the defensive end will still be a significant contributor even if he misses camp.
They would like a decision before the draft, but dont believe it will happen. "He deserves to take the time he needs, but sooner is better for us," said Giants GM Jerry Reese.
