Giants quarterback Eli Manning will wed his longtime girlfriend in a private ceremony this weekend in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, friends of Manning said Wednesday.

The Super Bowl hero and college sweetheart Abby McGrew were flying to Mexico Thursday for a Saturday wedding at the One&Only Resort.
