Well, I'll be darned. Eli finally looks and plays like a for real NFL quarterback. This should shut his critics up, including me.

Re: NFC Championship Game: NY Giants vs. Green Bay Packers

lol, he wasn't a real NFL QB when he beat Dallas?

But you're right, Eli Manning has done what few have done before him. He hasn't made a mistake in the playoffs and has led his team through wins on the road at Tampa, at Dallas and at Green Bay in brutal weather.

Oh and by the way, the early odds have the Patriots at 14 point favorites. LOL

is it jus tme or did eli look like a 17 year old until week 15. seriously, the way he carries himself on the field is completely different. he actually looks like a man now leading that offense.

Going into the Super Bowl one teams has the hottest QB in the league and the other just has Tom Brady.

Re: NFC Championship Game: NY Giants vs. Green Bay Packers

I had no confidence in Tynes on the attempt at the end of regulation. For some reason I felt better about the chances on the winning attempt. I think that it was such a long attempt, that he didn't think he'd have a chance to make it, so he just loosened up more.

I said he finally looks and plays like one.
And no he didnt look like one against Dallas.
First off, the defenses won that game. The Giants D and the Dallas D. helped a lot
and second, Dallas looked like a poor excuse for a football team that game. Anybody could probably have beat them.

You and me both. I couldn't believe they were going with him again. But after the game, I understood. You don't want to put the ball back in their hands and you have to try to win the game. Amazing he made the kick though.
