Plaxico Burress revealed to the Star Ledger on Sunday just how much pain he is truly playing with.
Mike Garafolo's article points out that Burress has been playing with: a torn tendon in his left pinky (he can't straighten it, happened playing against Al Harris and Green Bay), an aching left knee (that he had off-season surgery on) and a swollen right ankle that contains a torn ligament (straight off the bone, also happened against Al Harris when he stepped on his ankle).
Burress said, "Everybody thinks it's just a sprain. It's not, I tore my ligament off the bone. That's why I haven't been practicing. Anybody else would be on IR at home."
He thinks aloud about his future, "If you look at everything I did this year with what I had, you sit back, laugh and think, 'What's he going to be like next year when he comes in at 100 percent?"

No doubting him, he's a beast. Frankly, I can't see how any Giants fan could ever boo Plaxico (not that any have, I'm just saying, in the future) after what he's done this year.
