At this point Empire? But you say it like he's in Kellen Clemens' situation. Eli has been playing for 4 years and is 26, his time is now. What forms of improvement do you see coming his way? Eli has been consistent for 4 years and will continue to be that way. He's not terrible, I mean he's better than Alex Smith but Eli is mediocre, no I don't expect him to be Peyton but I expect him to do the things Ben Roethisberger is doing in Pittsburgh. I think that's reasonable and fans would be happy with that but it aint gonna happen. He's as good as Rivers and Losman. Ben was the class of 2004 and the Steelers got him. Accept it. I have.
