In the Giants game, return man Michael Jennings, corner Sam Madison and safety Will Demps appear to be hurt.

Jennings ruptured his achilles on a sideline catch. He's out for the year.

Madison on one play, clutched his hamstring (despite being nowhere near the play). No word on this yet.

Demps dislocated his elbow trying to tackle a Raven. No word on the severity yet.

In case you're counting, that's two starters in the secondary who could be rather seriously injured.

UPDATE: Mike Vacharo says Demps injury is season ending. He said the injuries to Madison and Steve Smith (someone said a concussion, I'm not sure) are not serious but cause for concern. He sums it up best: "Preseason football … what a waste."
