Jeff Feagles Returns

Feagles Will NOT Retire

Great news for the G-Men as punter Jeff Feagles will return to play the 2006 season. One of the most consistant punters in the game, was pondering retirement since the Giants season ended.

Did he have to forgo his social security benefits to come back?

"Feagles decided he did not want to leave an 11-5 division winner while he is still at the top of his game... Feagles punted 73 times and had a 42.1-yard gross average and a 37.0-yard net average."
Hat's off to him. If he can still punt the ball over 42 yards on average in his 18th season, why not come back for #19? On a side note, he'll most likely pass Landeta's career yardage mark this season, so that'll be... kinda fun to watch. I guess.

I wonder if for a punter they will sto pthe game and give him the record breaking ball?...I mean, its a punter...unless their name is Ray Guy, they do not get respect.
