Yep, he's staying. Just saw Newsday writer Arthur Staple's blog and he writes"

"Just got the word... No contract details as yet, but both sides appear to have compromised and gotten it done. I believe it's five years, not six, but the overall package should be worth roughly $4-million per. More on the way..."

Mike Garafolo's blog (of the Star Ledger) reports the contract is for five years, $19 million and $7.5 in the form of a signing bonus.
