Apparently, according to the AP, it's a possibility but a long shot.

But the only team in that division even remotely interested seems to be the New York Giants and "remote" seems to be the operative word. Although Antonio Pierce, Arrington's former teammate in Washington, is reportedly lobbying for him, New York has about $10 million in cap space and would prefer getting several cheaper players than spending a lot on one who might not fit their defensive schemes.
