You know, Tiki's taken a lot of heat for his retirement talk, and for running his mouth about Coughlin and the playcalling. But yesterday, he took this sorry-arsed team on his back and carried them to a victory. 23 carries for 234 yards, over 10.0 yards per carry ( ) and 3 TDs. At least we know someone on this Giants team has some heart. Here's hoping it's contageous.

Re: Giants vs. Washington Redskins

Today in the local papers, it was reported before the game (not sure if it was during the week or Saturday) that Tiki borrowed Harry Carson's Super Bowl ring and went to each of his teammates to remind them what their goal was.

And then a performance like that, there's no question who the leader on the team is.

Guess I have some crow to eat lol. As long as Tiki plays like 1/2 of last night, I think the Eagles/Cowboys are in for quite the contest.

Re: Giants vs. Washington Redskins

i personally like the play calling by gilbride last night. Tho when you got a guy running wild like tiki its not hard but i think the mixing in of play action a good bit helped espically the td to tim carter i think the first week of this test was a success tho i think if eli could actually be a better qb then gilbride would actually be a decent choice all togther
