3. Losman (yes I think that if you worked with him he could be good certainly if he had the cast Manning has!!!)

Will you say the Giants should have not taken Rivers or traded for Roethisberger?
Personally, at the time I was high on Big Ben. I never liked Rivers and didn't know anything about Losman.

When the big draft trade first went down, I didn't like it...however in hindsight, the Giants have a franchise QB. Pittsburgh fans are calling for Big Ben's head this year and Losman has looked awful for the most part. I'm sure Rivers will go through a dry spell sooner or later.

Re: Giants vs. Cowboys

Too bad gambling is illegal cuz i'd bet my CD and DVD collection that in 2008 or 2009 Eli is a backup QB ala Drew Bledsoe.

Cool Re: Giants vs. Cowboys

Who does everybody like today laying 3 1/2 pts? The weather is going to be a little chilly - Mid 40's but not much wind.

Re: Giants vs. Cowboys

The Giants showed great resolve but in the end their inability to score a TD in redzone came back to bite them. The defense played well in spots but did give up plays that ended up hurting them.

Eli brought them back in the fourth to tie the game. Tiki came on late but was a mystery for about three quarters. Shockey was into the gameplan all game long...too bad they couldn't figure that out for the past month.

Credit to Tony Romo who showed me something this week. He didn't play like a HOFer but he was tough and came back and kept throwing completions.

The Giants lack of fundamental tackling and stupid penalties hurt. What was big Whitfield thinking headbutting RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE UMPIRE? jeez...

With the division now appearing to be wrapped up for the Cowboys, the Giants still are playing for a wild-card spot...and Coughlin's job.

Re: Giants vs. Cowboys

Yknow like Aikman said, Eli works well out of the no huddle. He's good at just finding the reciever and chucking the ball to him and they only unchain him in the 4th quarter to do that. Why not let him just play to his strengths rather than force him into some offense that some crappy coach wants. Giants lost the Cowboy game because of penalties. No matter how much Coughlin yells at them or tries to coach him the players just tune him out and if he shouldn't be fired because of that than I could be a head coach!!!

Cool Re: Giants vs. Cowboys

Cowboys didn't even play that great and still won the game. Coughlin was nuts not to kick a 40 yard field goal at the end of the first half. Troy Aikman was dead wrong about it.
