| Eli Manning...Trust Or Bust? Eli did a lot of things right on Sunday night. He made some terrific throws, yet the easy hook patterns he STILL was throwing behind the recievers. At first I thought it was nervousness because the TD pass to Shockey had a nice touch to it and the TD to Plax was one for the ages but as the game went on he was not improving on the accuracy level. I dont blame him for the interception at the end because that ridiculous pass interference call would frazzle anyones mind but what do the experts think? Is Eli Manning the Billy Ripken of football or is he gonna develop into something special for the Giants? |

| Re: Eli Manning...Trust Or Bust? Jury's still out on him, but personally, I think he has the physical tools to succeed - he just needs the experience. What about his intangiables. Is he a student of the game and a film room junkie like big bro Peyton? How is he in practice? How'd his leadership ability? Those things can go a long way telling you about a QB's potential for success.

| Re: Eli Manning...Trust Or Bust? Think if he's not (I hesitate to use the word great) what he's supposed to be by next year than the media is going to tattoo bust on his forehead and the New York media is brutal...just like the city. |
