| Brees: Team ready for playoff run Quarterback Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints says the team is ready for a serious playoff run. Brees threw for 5069 yards last year, but still Saints ended with an 8-8 season. The defense was the weak spot last year, but with a new DC, a retooled secondary, and a team pumped to win, the Saints are ready for a playoff run this year. Does anyone disagree?

| Re: Brees: Team ready for playoff run I think the Saints definetely can make a playoff run if they keep healthy and the defense at least plays average. Offense looks awesome and looking pretty good in the preseason so far.  |
