The New Orleans Saints have traded up into the top 10 with the New England Patriots. No word yet on what the exact terms are.

And they pick Sedrick Ellis, DT, USC. Apparently they really wanted to fill that whole on the interior d-line, eh?

Patriots trade: 1st round & 5th round picks.

Not a bad trade up. Didn't cost them all that much, and they get one of the top defensive guys available this year.
