Yahoo! Sports has broke a story from their own investigative work that Reggie Bush and his family were given monetary benefits of upwards of $100,000 by marketing agents. This could have serious implications on USC, as he could have his Heisman award revoked and the school's championship banner may be in trouble.

This should get interesting.

if Bush loses his trophy , he has his millions to dry his tears

i really dont think any of this made much difference to his onfiled performance.....though im not willing to say it didnt make any at all

a player could find it difficult to give 100% on football while thinking about his family at home struggling to get by.......if some money and benifits have exchanged hands and the player knows his family is taken care off, it may ease his mind...........that may in turn help the onfield play in my opinion

i like the suggestion i heard on the ESPN show Cold Pizza this morning

if an agent is found guilty of such wrong doing....dont let them represent any NFL players in negotiations.....that would surely put a stop to it

The effect on his NFL career may be minimal but for the forseeable future, Bush will have to deal with the press chasing him with questions about this non-stop.

Then again, is the New Orleans press like that? Probably not.

Once these guys leave college do you think they care if the NCAA pulls down the banner or wants a trophy back? Did they take OJ's back after he was found guilty in the civil trial over those two murders? That must not be against NCAA rules!

You guys are right on this one - this doesn't affect Bush at all. It's USC's problem, not his.

If it was Miami instead of USC they would probably lose their entire football program. USC is so pampered its disgusting.
