Cool Nets acquire Swift

As expected, the Nets and Grizzlies finalized a deal Monday which sent forward Stromile Swift to New Jersey for center Jason Collins.
Not a major deal obviously, but Jason Collins is a bust and I guess Swift at least will grab a few boards.
