Wild sign Koivu, Skoula to new deals

MINNEAPOLIS (CP) - The Minnesota Wild signed centre Mikko Koivu and defenceman Martin Skoula to new multi-year contracts on Saturday... The 24-year-old is coming off a career year in which he had 54 points (20-34) in 82 games for the Wild. He earned US$902,500 last season. In 146 career games, Koivu has 75 points (26-49).
