| Brodeur struggling Brought this up in another thread, but is anyone surprised by how average Martin Brodeur has looked against Tampa Bay? Even the AP has taken note, writing that "Brodeur, a three-time Stanley Cup champion, entered the playoffs with a 1.89 career goals-against average, but has given up three in each game of the series. Tampa Bay also won three of four regular-season meetings against the goalie, who won a league-record 48 games."
The Devils are down 2-1 and their star goalie's getting outplayed by Johan Holmqvist. Never thought I'd be seeing this happen. |
