Patriots, Moss Agree to 3-Year Deal

The Patriots and free agent wide receiver Randy Moss agreed to a three-year, $27 million contract on Monday, reports NFL Network's Adam Schefter.

The two sides are reviewing the contract, which is expected to be signed today.

Moss, 30, was an unrestricted free agent after the Patriots elected not to designate the 10-year veteran as their franchise player.

Daunte is a free agent .... why would he go to Oakland to back up Russell ?

this is a great move for both Moss and the Pats

Not to mention there was no way Moss was going back to Oakland. Been there, done that. If anywhere, it was gonna be Green Bay.

Re: Patriots, Moss Agree to 3-Year Deal

SO I heard the eagles offered him a much better payday but he stayed true to the pats so maybe he isnt money hungry after all..interesting, but im sure he took in consideration that theres a brighter future with the pats than the eagles..

Cool Re: Patriots, Moss Agree to 3-Year Deal

Now that Moss has this deal, it'll be interesting to see if he remains on his best behavior or if he will revert back to his old ways.
