There's still perfection somewhere for the Pats

Thoughts deep and shallow...

Clothing and collectibles printed up in case the New England Patriots won Super Bowl XLII were re-routed to Third World nations. That means there's a pretty good chance Tom Brady's next girlfriend will be wearing a "Patriots 19-0" T-shirt when he meets her.

. It didn't get as much attention as some of the other post-Super Bowl phone calls, but Bill Belichick dialed up Archie Manning a few minutes after Sunday's game and thanked him for not having any more sons.

Plenty of questions still need to be answered involving accusations that the Patriots illegally filmed the St. Louis Rams' walk-through before Super Bowl XXXVI in 2002. This much seems pretty certain, though: Belichick didn't have any good film on the Giants' defensive line.

Oh my gosh, is that true? I mean, I have heard tell that Belichick, once out of the limelight, has a great sense of humor.

I just assumed it was in fun.
Now that someone has brought it up, suppose I will have to go digging and find out if its true or not.

I couldnt find anything to suggest that it was anything but a joke. If anyone knows anymore, I'd appreciate hearing it.
