If I was a player I would go the Pro Bowl once or twice, but after that it's not worth it.

True, he was under tremendous defensive pressure, no doubt.

But he was on the injury list with foot and shoulder issues. I'm not a doctor, so I'm in no position to dispute that information.

He's actually been injured for a long time. Before it was his shoulder. The team says he is ok but its hard to tell with Belichick. He plays it pretty close and quiet. Its been a long season and it takes a lot out to put out that kind of performance week after week.
The Giants D knew how to take advantage of that and they did. Great play by them.
