One of New England Patriot defensive lineman Richard Seymour's friends sent him the comments made earlier this week by San Diego Chargers center Nick Hardwick calling Seymour a "dirty player."

"I don't think you're going to get any Christmas cards from this guy," Seymour said his friend told him.

And his response?

"Well, first of all, it isn't true," Seymour said. "Facts are facts."

Seymour was even accused of head-butting an assistant coach, something tapes have failed to show. "A coach?" he said. "They're not on the (playing) field."
