The Patriots placed Richard Seymour on the PUP-list which means he won't be able to play for the first six weeks of the season.

The Boston Herald says Jarvis Green is the likely replacement.

This absence will definitely hurt the Pats, for nearly half the year they'll play without their best defensive player (arguably I guess).
