Corey Dillon Ready

It was a slow day in the Patriots locker room, and Corey Dillon could see what was coming.

Reporters circled like hammerheads. Dillon repelled them from his shark cage. And then he relented.

"I've done everything (individually)," Dillon said. "I've done it all. My thing is winning and the ultimate goal - Super Bowls. I'm not concerned about myself."

With more than 10,000 career yards stacked up, Dillon said he's beyond the point of fretting over playing time. If Maroney earns the right to carry the load, so be it.

"It's a team thing," Dillon said. "There will never be any animosity. I've been in this league for 10 years. I can't be worried about that madness. I'm here to win football games. However, we're going to win, I'm for it. You can take myself out of the equation 1,000 times and if we're winning, I'm just as happy as can be."

I am torn...I like Dillion...feel he is underrated, but I drafted Maroney...so Iwould settle for Dillion getting the yards and Maroney getting the goal line carries...
