Huskers lose Big12 title game
Kansas held on after a furious late rally by the Huskers for a 9-7 win in the Big12 baseball title game. Kansas led by as much as 9-2 in going into the 8th inning before Nebraska scored 3 in the 8th and two more in the 9th. Huskers had two men on in the bottome of the 9th after 4 consecutive two out hits had cut the lead to 9-7 before the final out was made sealing the win for Kansas. It is Kansas first Big12 baseball title. Congrats to the Jayhawks. Hope we see you in Omaha.
