The Nebraska Cornhuskers struggled to put away a Wake Forest team that was without their starting quarterback last weekend. Now, they have to face a USC team that has a ton of offensive weapons, including QB John David Booty. Can they get the job done defensively? Will Sam Keller, Marlon Lucky and company be able to put enough points on the board to keep pace with the Trojans? What do you think?

Fun fact about this one:
USC is the first #1 team to come to Nebraska since the Huskers beat top-ranked Oklahoma in 1978.

Will history repeat itself tonight? I guess only time will tell...

Looks like the Trojans were too much for the Huskers this time around.

According to the Associated Press, "The Trojans got physical with the No. 14 Nebraska in a 49-31 victory, piling up 313 yards on the ground... The Huskers (2-1), playing host to a No. 1-ranked team for the first time since 1978, came into the game in search of a breakthrough victory for fourth-year coach Bill Callahan. They're still looking after dropping to 1-10 all-time against No. 1s and 0-6 under Callahan against teams ranked in the Top 10."
