| Cornhuskers vs. Demon Deacons Well, after a fairly easy and impressive season opener, the Nebraska Cornhuskers get down to business with a trip to Wake Forest. The defending ACC champions dropped their season opener to B.C., surrendering five touchdown passes by QB Matt Ryan in the process. Nebraska, meanwhile, established their dominance on the ground against Nevada, rushing for 413 yards in a 52-10 victory. The Huskers were mighty impressive, and I for one expect to see them handle the Deacons will ease this Saturday. What do you think?

| Re: Cornhuskers vs. Demon Deacons Skinner didn't play, but this one wasn't exactly a 'gimmie' for Nebraska anyway. According to the Associated Press, "Sam Keller nearly gave away the game during his first road start at Nebraska. Zack Bowman jumped up to take it back for the Cornhuskers... Three plays after Keller threw an interception deep in Nebraska territory, Bowman picked off a Wake Forest pass in the end zone and the 16th-ranked Cornhuskers held on to win 20-17 on Saturday."
