Now we are on my favorite subject, Husker football!! And the running game at Nebraska should always be strong, I am extremely pleased to see the emphasis placed on getting the running game rolling again. Throw in the 14-21 passes for 184 yards and 3 TDs by Zac Taylor to go with the 200+ rush yards and we are finally seeing the balanced west coast offense that Callahan promised us coming in. Nebraska is going to surprise people this year, I already have my tickets to the USC game in LA on Sept. 16th. GO BIG RED!!!

I am glad to have a Husker fan here. What do you think about their chances against USC?

It will be the 2nd game of the season, USC has a lot of holes to fill. There is a huge Nebraska alumni group in California and they will be there in full force. I think Nebraska will win this game. A nice side story to the game should focus on Husker RB Marlon Lucky. He was one of the top 5 recruits in the nation 2 years ago out of Los Angeles, he chose to attend Nebraska over USC because he figured to play a lot sooner. He should really be pumped up for this game.

I would have to imagine Lucky would be ready to go. In fact, I think all of the NE players will be ready to go for this game. I really hope they can knock USC off early on.

That would quiet them down for the rest of the season!
