Actually, this will be the first time these two have met in the Big 12 Title game. Nebraska has played in 3 other Big 12 Title games, they split 2 of them with Texas and beat Texas A&M for their other one. The rivalry has been one of the best with several meetings as the top 2 ranked teams in the nation and with 13 national titles between them, this matchup has decided a few of those titles.
