New Orleans upsets NC State!

Can you believe it? The 21st ranked NC State basketball team was upset by New Orleans yesterday, 65-63!

Bo McCalebb scored 20 points for the Privateers, and T.J. Worley knocked down a 3-pointer with 1.7 seconds left to secure the stunning victory over the Wolfpack. "Our guys have been through so much -- our seniors have endured hurricanes, three coaching changes," first-year coach Joe Pasternack told reporters afterwards. "To come in here and give them a win like this, to me that's everything special."

Re: New Orleans upsets NC State!

I find this very interesting and very funny! But to be honest, NC State has a good team. They lost their on-court leader in Engan Atsur due to graduation and that hurts. Also, they shut down Brandon Costner who is State's best player. They limited him to 7 points. If you can do that, you can beat NC State. They only had 3 points coming off of the bench and all of the starters averaged 33.6 minutes in this game. That is a path to destruction.
