Game 4

Somebody kidnapped the Celtics tonight. After the 1st quarter the Celtics are down by a Finals record 21 points. Their defense is virtually non-existent and their shooting ... Well Lamar Odom scored more than the entire Boston offense.

Re: Game 4

Just read the story on MSN. Here was a quote I love:

"At the other end of the court, Bryant hung his head."They were determined not to let me beat them tonight," he said. "I saw three, four bodies every time I touched the ball."

Not that I care but he needs to understand it isn't "me". There is no "I" in team. HA !!!!!

Dagger in the heart, right there. That's what that is.

That is one of the reason why I just dispise him...

It warms my heart to see him sad!

Re: Game 4

I don't want to hear ever again what a great coach Phil jackson is. While the Celtics were making their runs he had guys like Azila and Ronny Turiaf, a pair of players that are borderline pros, in the game and actually taking shots. Fisher, the only guy on the court for the Lakers other than Kobe that wasn't whizzing down his leg, came out for a long stretch and didn't go back in until it was way too late. Gasol and Odom threw up one prayer after another, with Odom at one point not even drawing iron on a lay-up attempt after his defender fell down.

Re: Game 4

They might force a game 6 , but Boston will still win. wasn't this supposed to be Kobe's year to "win without Shaq" and be the leader ? Lamar Odom got them that lead and as he and Gasol went , the Lakers went. Especially that last layup by Ray Allen when Vujacic and Fisher pretty much put out a red carpet for Allen to get to the basket. There is no way Phil Jackson drew that up. Regardless of if they had a foul to give or not. It was 20 seconds of good defense and they blew the last 4. It was a decisive play in the last minutes of the game. So it begs the question , is Kobe overrated ?

I have no horse in this race but would like to see Boston bring the title back here to the east coast.
