Richard Childress Racing's No. 29 Holiday Inn Racing team has added reigning champion Clint Bowyer to its driver lineup for the 2009 Nationwide Series season.

I'm gonna ask a stupid question .. I know it's stupid 'cause I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I want to know if anyone else sees it the same way I do.

Why doesn't Richard put Leicht in the car full time?
