N'wide: Crew chief for No. 9 fined for PIR violations

NASCAR announced Tuesday that Wally Rogers, crew chief for the No. 9 Dodge driven by A.J. Allmendinger, has been fined due to rules violations during the Nationwide Series event at Phoenix International Raceway.
