| Steve Sullivan out for season The Nashville Predators have announced that LW Steve Sullivan will not play this season. Sullivan, who underwent a pair of surgeries on his back during the offseason, will return next season at the earliest, and apparently there are no guarantees about that even. They had initially hoped to have him back last month, but apparently the 33-year-old isn't healing as well as expected. Will he ever lace up the skates again? | Re: Steve Sullivan out for season I'm no doctor - seems a back injury is huge to overcome to play such a physical game as hockey. Poor Sullivan, too, he's such a great guy and teams and fans love him - he's been with the Devils, the Leafs, the 'hawks and the preds since 1994. |
